Steven Gerrard has rejected any interest in signing Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah to his Al Ettifaq squad. Gerrard took over the Saudi club last month. And it was the man who caused the arrival of Jordan Henderson, the former Liverpool captain.

Henderson ended his 12-year stint with the Reds after being offered a £700,000-a-week contract with Gerrard’s side.
